Common interface for processors which collect values of features for translation from resource. Provider must be created via FeatureCollectorFactory witch registred in extension pont com.e1c.langtool.featureCollectorFactories.

Notice! Callers must set #setParameters(ICollectingParameters) and #setAddAction(Consumer) before run processing calling IBasicProcessor.process(IProgressMonitor)
